Your bed should be a place in which you enjoy spending time, so make it the very best it can be. This doesn’t mean it has to be the most expensive bedding out there, but it should be the best that you can afford. That’s different for everybody. Invest in at least a couple sets of lovely sheets, that way you can have one set getting laundered and your bed is still dressed. You help extend your bedding’s lifespan by alternating sets and giving them the time to rest.
